Spinning & Circuit Training

Last night 12 brave DU members went to a taster fitness session involving 30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of circuit training. The spining class was resistance cycling at a high tempo that also used a lot of core muscles with standing sprints, crouches and speed pedalling.

The circuit training had many different exercises - from boxing to weight lifting, from agility ladders to pressups and rowing machines. Every part of the body got a work out of some variety and a thorough one at that.

Everyone agreed that this was one of the most complete workouts they've ever taken part in. They left ehasuted but wanting more (in a week or two anyway!). Lee, the fella eho ran it, was very adaptable in terms of what we wanted from the session and is able to adjust/refine as the customer needs.
