As you are now aware this weeks fitness as a group is cancelled due to the freakish amount of snow we are getting which have left the roads and public transport in an absolute jock ! Does that mean we all have a week off ??? Absolutely not ! Pre season work is always difficult and what better time to test your character than your first outing of the year... What we are asking people to do is to go to your local soccer/rugby/GAA pitches, park or other green space and bash out 6km of your finest winter running. Please dont attempt this on roads or footpaths as they will be a nightmare.
In the next few days we will have the first 6 weeks of the fitness plan up here and details about Sundays session.
